Who we are
Webopics is a performance marketing, branding, and creative studio operating from Thana, Kannur, Kerala, India, with a studio in Dubai, UAE. This policy covers the website at webopics.com only — not the ad accounts, pixels, or platforms we manage on behalf of our clients, which are governed by each client's own privacy policy.
Information we collect
We keep this deliberately minimal. We do not run an on-site contact form, checkout, or login system, so we only receive information you choose to hand us directly:
- Direct contact — if you email us, call us, or message us on WhatsApp using the links on this site, we receive whatever you share: your name, phone number, email address, and the content of your message.
- Theme preference — this site remembers whether you prefer light or dark mode using your browser's local storage. This stays on your device; it is never sent to our servers.
We do not currently run analytics, advertising pixels, or cookies on this website that track you across visits. If that changes — for example, if we add Google Analytics or a Meta Pixel to measure our own marketing — we will update this policy first and note the date above.
Third-party services this site loads
To render properly, this site loads a small number of resources from third-party content delivery networks: Google Fonts, and the jsDelivr CDN for the GSAP, ScrollTrigger, Lenis, and Three.js libraries that power the site's animations. Loading these resources exposes your IP address and browser information to those providers in the same way it would for any website using them — we do not control or receive that data ourselves.
